The Greenhouse on Harvard offers a spacious, restored greenhouse with nature and outdoor space surrounding the building that can be used for a variety of special occasions. Host your ceremony on the event lawn, which can hold up to 200 guests, an aisle, and altar décor. If you’re still thinking about what to do for your cocktail party, you can invite your loved ones to toast over celebratory drinks at the other event patio, complete with an ice machine for cold beverages and modern outdoor lounge furniture.
They can hold 120 guests inside the greenhouse, which features an open floor plan for total room customization. They want you to be able to have YOUR dream wedding here, so you can talk with them to set up as you like. Glass windows cover the solarium-style building from top to bottom, which means you will have TONS of natural light and can see all the beautiful views in any direction. The villa is ideal for your wedding party to set up and get ready with hair, makeup, and other pre-event preparations. They also have two luxurious suites, which can also be used for your romantic overnight stay!

Tables, benches, chairs, and other rentals can be provided so you have everything you need to celebrate your special day! Both restrooms are ADA-accessible, and an on-site private parking lot will be open to guests driving in. Outside vendors are also welcome, allowing you to execute your day just as you imagined.

Here’s a detailed look at what you can expect in each season: Spring: As the season progresses, the days get warmer but the nights remain chilly, with temperatures in the low 30’s. You might still see some snow during this time, but the sun begins to shine more frequently, allowing the flowers to bloom and the trees to bud! Summer: this is the perfect time to explore Spokane, with temperatures averaging around 83 degrees during July and August. The skies are clear, and the days are long, giving you ample time to experience all that the area has to offer. Whether you want to hike, bike, or simply relax by the river, the options are endless.
Fall: As Autumn arrives, the weather starts to cool off, with crisp mornings and warm, sunny afternoons. The temperature during the first half of the season averages around 70’s and 60’s, with lows in the low 40’s or high 30’s. They will only hold one event per weekend, which means you don’t have to be rushed on your big day. This is huge and so helpful! You and vendors can start set up and hold rehearsal dinner the day before, come early the day of to have a moment of peace before everyone else arrives, and cleanup the day after. For smaller more intimate gatherings rates are dependent on the nature of party and date requested.
